Stockton Harm Reduction Program (SHRP) is a free, community‐based service operating in Stockton, CA that seeks to reduce the negative health, social, and legal impacts associated with substance use. SHRP operates with a mobile outreach component and has a weekday contact, with a regular presence (for instance, Saturdays at a fixed location) to distribute supplies and connect people with services.

Such services include, but are not limited to the distribution of Naloxone (Narcan), sterile injection equipment, safe sex and hygiene materials, and wound care supplies. In addition, SHRP provides health education, outreach, and referrals for health services.
